There's a field  -  and there's a ball

And there's going to be some fun for one and all

There's the line - and there's a team

And they're going to try and ( /to ) stop me from living out my dream

As I run down the field and I fly through the air

And I touch down the ball as I land

All the crowd will cry   "IT'S THE PERFECT TRY" !!

And it makes me the man I am.

There's the stands - and there's a crowd

And soon they'll be getting very loud

They'll wave their arms  - and stamp their shoes

As we're making all our tackles and running where we chose

And they'll leap to their feet with their hands in the air

As we score all the points that we can

It's the sights and sounds of the game I love

There's a whistle - and there's a ref

And he'll blow it till you give him some respect

There's a bus  -  and there's a coach

And he's shouting  out the orders till he's sore in the throat

And the whole game is going to plan
